Shipping Information

We’re based in Australia. Postage around Australia is easy. You’ll get your order in a couple of days / a week. No problem. There’s often no express option because it’s pretty quick anyway, but we’ll turn it on during busy times like Christmas etc.

We have a couple of Worldwide Postage options.
If you’re in the US or Canada, your order will take about two weeks to get to you. Postage starts at $15, and is dependent on size and weight. It’s pretty much like this for the rest of the world. Except for the UK and Europe, which for some reason it’s hell-expensive, it’s not our fault, sorry.
With all our Standard International Postage, you’ll be sent a tracking number directly from Australia Post (make sure your email address is correct).

We also offer a TIGHTASS SLOW-AS-FUCK $5 International Postage Option. It takes up to six weeks, is untrackable, and honestly a bit of a roll of the dice. But if you’re game, let’s play baby! Might be helpful if you’re a punk on a budget. If you pick the $5 Postage Option, your Customer Service will be minimal and humorously rude.

Returns & Exchanges

All DEATH PATCHES shit is triple-checked to ensure that it's in 100% condition when posted. We’re not some T1000 Amazon warehouse, we’re checking and packing orders by hand. So sometimes mistakes will happen. We’re just a couple of metalheads trying to keep a boat floating and sometimes a cool song will come on and we’ll get distracted.
However, if you change your mind we'll (reluctantly) exchange any item. But you'll need to cover the postage both ways. And if you've received an item that you think the postman has dropped or kicked down the street, get some photos and email it through to us. We’ll abuse some cunts and do what we can.

Express Post Options

Every now and again, we'll offer an EXPRESS POST option. You'll typically get your items in five days or so. Anywhere in the whole fucking world in five days is pretty good. That's fucking fast.

Our "free shipping" discount codes aren't applicable with the express option. But we'll literally run to the Post Office with your order to make sure it gets to you quickly. We hate running but we’ll do it for you (reluctantly).

We'll turn this option on and off around Christmas time.
Other than that, it's on a case-by-case basis. 

CAN I HAVE FREE STICKERS?

There’s an opportunity at checkout to grovel, beg and desperately plead your case for free stickers. Sometimes we have some free shit to chuck in with orders, depends if we’ve had our lunch or not.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM PATCHES?
